De forma alguma. Os jogadores mais rápidos garantem as suas estrelas, mesmo que possam não pontuar tanto assim com as palavras depois.
Eu escrevi Galinha e outro jogador escreveu Galinheiro, a gente tem que cortar as palavras?
Não, não. Você só corta palavras em família (ou semelhantes) caso você tenha escrito as duas. A única forma de cortar palavras porque outro jogador escreveu é se a palavra for exatamente a mesma (independente se é singular ou plural).
